This conversation about sub-forums has been discussed constantly. The answer I've heard from the mods before is generally the same. The person who said it best (while pertaining to this thread versus other sub-forum ideas):

Personally I think we've got too many sub-forums as it is. The Pawapuro sub-forum was opened by request, and last time I looked it had 3 posts in the 2-3 months it had been there.
