Today, I did OK, but not as well as I wanted to play. I scored 5 points, and I got an assist which I am proud about. The assist came off of my steal. I also got a rebound. I made 2/7 field goals, and I got one three. I that is always gonna be good for a first game. Too bad we lost.

Press Conference After Game

Random Guy: Tonight you made your NBA debut coming off the bench. Were you hoping for more minutes, or was this still a successful beginning toward you career?

Ronnie Gale: Ah, it was a good start, no doubt. I'm still getting used to this team, you know, learning how everyone plays. But coach, and my teammates have been great so far, and I already feel like I'm light years ahead of where I was at the beginning of training camp. I got plenty of room to improve too, so I look at tonight's game like a small first step in what will hopefully be a long and successful career.

Mr. Gale,

There is a lot of hype surrounding your entrance to the league. Here ta Jordan, we are interested in players that perform at the absolute highest level that will also represent the brand with integrity. I've got my eye on you. I can tell you that much. If you can prove to me that you belong, you'll find that I can take your career to the next level.

OK, I got more points than last game, but I didn't do better than last game. I did worst, maybe equal at the greatest. I got a turnover, and didn't get any assists, rebounds, or steals. I would like to play more, but it is only my first season. I need to earn it.

After Game Press Conference

Random Guy: You guys were firing on all cylinders out there tonight. That's got to be a win that makes you fell good about the team as a whole. Agree or disagree?

Ronnie Gale: Agree. Dominant win for us, dominant game for me, and that just shows how capable this team is of being a real contender. We just gotta maintain this level of play night in and night out. I know I can. Now my teammates gotta do the same. And if they do, look out NBA.

So, from what I can tell, NBA 2k12 is much better in terms of realism for My Player?

Seriously, I have 2k11, my guy is a 50-some overall, and he plays upwards of thirty minutes every game.

Another OK game, but I did put up a career high 12 points. Again I got one turnover, and was lacking rebounds, assists, and steals, but besides that I did pretty good. I hope we can win in the next game though.

After Game Press Conference

Random Woman: The team struggled to stay in the game tonight, and the final score ended up not being even close. Do you think there was anything you or the team could've done differently to change the outcome?

Ronnie Gale: No, not really. I mean like Kobe says, we just wet the bed tonight. A nice big one too. One of the ones you can't put a towel over. Not one of our best efforts by any stretch. But you have to roll with the punches, move on, and get back out there again next time. When everything goes wrong, and it's not one little thing that pushed you over the edge, it's a lot easier to just put it aside and move on to the next game. And that's what we gotta try to do here.

That happens to me too in '11. It is much better in '12. I haven't played '13 yet though.

Not really, you're playing 5 minute quarters. You're in about 40% of the time (8 minutes out of 20).
