So, after a two day hiatus, we're back. So, today's question is, where will the top two free agents go? We can (probably) all agree that the top hitter is Hamilton and the top pitcher is Greinke. So, take a stab and try and predict where these two stud players will end up!

Wow, it's tough. I'm gonna say Greinke goes to the Dodgers but I'm undecided on Josh Hamilton.

Hamilton: He will stay with the Rangers. He's the face of that franchise, of that state.
Greinke: I believe Greinke will go to the Red Sox. The Sox have cleared up a ton of cap room with the Dodgers deal, and they're in sore need of pitching.

Greinke will go to the Brewers.

As much as I'd like Greinke to come to Boston, there is no way he'd do that because of his social anxiety

Then why is he in LA? That's even more society!

The media and press (I think they're the same thing...) are so over-bearing in Boston/New York.

Hamilton: Phillies. They're looking for offense and he can thrive in their ballpark.
Greinke: Blue Jays. Though I wouldn't count out the Rangers or even a return to the Royals.

As much as I want that to happen, I don't know if we can take that risk seeing as we already have so many old players, and if he doesn't turn out we have no cap room, and also they have so many other needs including 3B/OF/RP. If they can get all of that through trades, maybe they should take that shot.

This is absolutely correct. No way Greinke goes to the BoSox or Yankees unless he has a death wish. The media there is incredibly unforgiving, more than anywhere else. I would be shocked if Greinke went over there.

Don't get me wrong, I really like Greinke, but even if he was crazy enough to go there, he'd likely disappoint. The last thing we need is Lackey 2.0...

Where do you guys think David Ortiz will be going?

I think he stays

That's what I'm hoping for.
