Not much else to say. Last night's Rangers/A's game was a blast. Can't wait for more.

Also, the end of the 2012 regular season marks the beginning of 2013 MLBPP player ratings. I will start on those tomorrow.

Nothing beats October baseball.

Sad that the Phillies won't be in it, but I am happy that they got to around the .500 mark. I mean, it could be worse. We could be the Red Sox.

I'm rooting for the Orioles, Athletics and Rangers.

Why is that? You guys had 92 losses with a team similar to the Phillies. It looked like they just gave up.

Yeah, Paul, though the Phillies weren't in it this year, they did a pretty good job of making a comeback when I had just about no faith in them. Though the future is unsure since the core is older now, I at least think they'll compete next season if everyone's healthy.

Anyway, I've said I hope to see a O's/Reds or Reds/A's World Series.

Pedroia's a core guy. He's about as underrated as Ellsbury is overrated.

Cheering for Baltimore or Oakland in the West, though it would admittedly be nice to see Texas finally win it all.

In the NL, I obviously want my Giants to take it home, but if not them, then either of the NL East teams. Washington vs. Baltimore would be an awesome beltway battle between two teams that really stepped it up this year, and Atlanta is simply a very solid team with a pitcher who Jayson Stark believes should win the Cy Young because of his historically incredible season (Craig Kimbrel).

When Ichiro got traded yes. Who would like the Yankees? Plus the Athletics are my hometown team. Were about 45 minutes from O.co Coliseum.
