Who is better?
Frazier is better than Harper, but Harper will win ROTY 29%  29%  [ 2 ]
Frazier is better and he will win 0%  0%  [ 0 ]
Harper is better and he will win 29%  29%  [ 2 ]

Neither will win. Who is better? Well.... It could be argued Frazier has more versatility. But Harper has age on his side and probably a bit more power. I'd probably take Frazier presently, but in a few years time I'd go for Harper.

Um, this is about the ROTY. Harper won't be a rookie in a few years.

But I would take Harper in the long term.

Couldn't we just have discussed this in the NL ROTY poll?

Anyway, for their careers I'd go Frazier short-term and Harper long-term will better.

As for ROTY, Harper might win just cause he's Harper, but I think Miley and Frazier are more deserving.
