I heard tell we skipped poll number 23... correct me if I'm wrong, and I'll change it.

Anyway, today we are all about writing instruments! So, the question is, what do you write with at school? Do you use a good ol' fashioned wooden pencil? Or one of those dang new found technologically advanced mechanical pencils? Or do you use a pen? Or a sharpie? Or other? So, please vote and drop a reply!

I use a mechanical pencil.

I use pens typically. I use mechanical pencils in math though.

I absolutely cannot stand mechanical pencils. They seem to break easily, and half of them make an obnoxious squeaky noise. Plus, it's so annoying when people go, "Does anyone have 0.5/0.7 lead?" every two seconds. It's much easier to get up and sharpen a pencil than replace the lead.

But pens are cool.

I use whatever I haven't lost yet...

But given the choice, I'm typically a wooden pencil guy, and I'll occasionally use a mechanical one. I don't usually use pens because I tend to make a bunch of mistakes

Pencil. I despise anything that cannot erase (and erasable pens are terrible, so don't even go there). So when it comes down to classic and mechanical pencils, I have to go with classic. It just feels more comfortable in my hand.

But in all honesty, I write with whatever I can find in the depths of my backpack.

Ewgh, mechanical pencils...

I use a regular old pencil all the time. I hate pens.

Plus, with the way I write it makes it next to impossible to read when written in pen. (I have nice handwriting, too, mind you)

Do you write ridiculously small?

That's what I do.

Nah, my handwriting's pretty big. But I put my heart and soul into every letter.

You know, I don't remember what your handwriting looks like at all. Hmm.

I can't really answer this one like many others. Two of my teachers require pens...

My handwriting is crap.

However, I love pens. I usually use them even though I cross stuff out and correct myself a lot, though I like mechanical pencils as well. Not usually a fan of old-fashioned #2's unless they're those Ticonderoga ones. I love those.
