Hey guys. With Cooldude starting his NHL '13 log, I thought I might start a player log on my favorite hockey game, NHL Slapshot. What do you guys think of this idea? |

I don't know much about that game, but I'd follow the log because it would be my favorite sport. |

You swing to shoot, move with nunchuck, and push A to pass. It comes with a hockey stick accessory. It's fun once you start playing. |

Yeah, but my dad has been using the laptop for school a lot lately, so I need something to do that doesn't require the laptop. |

I have a PC, it's just that my Wii isn't in the same room as the PC, and I HATE having to write everything down. |

This is based on a player mode while cooldude's is ultimate team. Plus, they're two different games. It's like saying you can't do a football or basketball log because someone did one first. |

I think I'll be doing it then. I'll be using a guy named Travis Barnum. I've also got a new poll asking which league he should start in. I prefer Peewee, as it lengthens the log and gives you a warmup. http://poll.pollcode.com/11vbsm |

October 8 I'm Travis Barnum. I'm playing my first year of Hockey in Toronto. I hope I do alright. My dad convinced me to start playing after he took me to a Maple Leafs game this past season. So here I am, ready to begin my career. I've been drafted by the Sabertooths, a local Peewee team. In the Peewee league, we play 5 minute periods and 3-on-3 with a goalie. October 9 My coach has me starting at center against the Bandits today, even though I want to play right wing. Oh well. Scoring Summary 1st Period: SAB: Sillinger (Barnum) BAN: Torres (Sharrow) SAB: Thomson (Unassisted) SAB: Barnum (Sillinger) BAN: Torres (Sharrow) 2nd Period: BAN: Sharrow (Comeau) BAN: Comeau (Sharrow) 3rd Period: BAN: Sharow (Unassisted) BAN: Comeau (Torres) SAB: Barnum (Sillinger) BAN: Comeau (Sharrow, Torres) BAN: Torres (Comeau) SAB: Barnum (Sillinger) BAN: Sharrow (Comeau, Torres) Final Score: Bandits 9, Sabertooths 5 Dang it, we lost.
