Post subject: | Mario Superstar Baseball Challenge Log |
Hey guys. Anthony here again. Recently, I have been playing Mario Superstar Baseball for Gamecube a lot (after having read Kyoto Superstars Season Log, and using the exact same lineup-Bowser), and I feel like doing a Challenge Mode Log that covers three run-throughs of Challenge Mode. Challenge mode (as some of you may know) starts you with a basic team of nine, and you play other teams to gain new players and unlock the ability to play Bowser for the championship. Share your thoughts, and vote for which team you want me to use for the first run-through. Hope you enjoy! |

Team Mario = Below Average Team in Super sluggers, I only find Mario, Luigi, and blooper good in that team. Team Peach = A decent team, there pitching is good, and they have a deadly power hitter, Petey. Team Yoshi = Only good for speed, other then Birdo and wiggler, there is no decent players out there without speed. Team DK = Good team, I think the Kongs are great, Tiny, Diddy, and Dixie = Fielding everyone else is power with good arms. Team Wario = Worst. Team. Ever. Nuff' said. Team Bowser = Best team Nuff' said. I would say go with Mario. |

Derp, I feel stupid. I still remember this through if my minds reads my correctly. In superstar baseball. Mario = Still, below average team Peach = Below average team, the toads don't make a team. Yoshi = A average team, just dominates on speed Wario = Best team other then bowsers DK = Worst team out there. Bowser = Again, best team out there. |

Glad to hear your suggestions. Personally, I prefer Team Mario, the Nokis are actually pretty decent hitters, and Mario is dominant. But I respect your decisions. I might start tonight if we have enough votes. EDIT: Remember, I'm doing THREE run-throughs of Challenge. So even if they are not selected the first time around, they can be selected afterward. |

Sorry for the DP, but I won't be able to play the game tomorrow. However I will have access to a computer and will narrow it down to 2 teams for round one tomorrow. |

Yoshi is by far the best player in the game, the rest of his team sucks, but him alone can carry you pretty easily and you find new teammates quickly anyway. |

Actually, Birdo is pretty good. I use her as my starting third baseman as soon as I get her. |
