The goal? Become the last player standing. The trick? You'll have to outwit, outplay, and outlast your competitors. The reward? One million dollars and the title of Soul Survivor."

As Cooper steps off his helicopter and on to the beach, the sixteen contestants are shown huddled together on the sand.
"Welcome" he says with a smile. "As you guys know, you will be split into two tribes. I need Sam, James, Jack, Bryan, Helga, Jessica, Samantha, and the other Jessica to go to the mat on your right. You guys will be Sokano and will have orange buffs. The rest of you; Miguel, Jake, Peter, Tim, Annabelle, Miya, Carly, and Holly, will you please go to the mat on your left. You will be named Bitara and have purple buffs."

Sam: After looking around at my team, we seem to have a lot of solid members. Except for Helga, she always acts like someone is watching her. It's weird...

"While I have you all here, we might as well start our first reward challenge. It's very simple. Down by those trees are three circular platforms. When I yell go, you will race down there and stand on one of them. After everyone has picked a platform, steam will be released from two of them. If you are standing on one that releases steam, you are out. The people who are not move on to the next round. This will continue until there is just one player remaining. That player wins not only flint for their tribe, but also power in this game, but that won't be revealed until the first immunity challange. Are you guys ready?" After an astounding "Yeah!" from the group, Cooper yelled go and the challenge began. The first round quickly thinned out the group as only five people moved on, Sam, Jack, Jessica J., Tim, and Annabelle. After choosing the correct platform a second time, Jack and Annabelle moved on to the final round. Due to there only being two people remaining, one of the platforms was removed, leaving one for each of them.

I didn't think of that, but their speeds are the same anyways

As the final round began, Annabelle quickly lunged for the right, while Jack was stuck with the the left. After a few moments of suspense, steam blew around Annabelle's platform signaling that Jack had won the challenge for Sokano. As Jack's teammates congratulated him, Annabelle slowly walked over to her tribe.

"As reward for winning, Sokano will receive flint along with a map to their camp. As for Bitara, I've got nothing for you except a map. Try again next time." Cooper said. After an hour long trek, Sokano finally arrived. After everyone got settled, James suggested that they go look for some fire wood before meeting back in thirty minutes. As the members went their separate ways, Samantha went over to Sam to try and pull her magic. "So Sam, how are you doing?" "Pretty good, thanks for asking." he replied. "Well, I've got some needs that only a real man could satisfy, if you know what I mean. Someone like you could really give me a good time." she responded before suggestively flaunting her body.

Samantha: We all know he wants me. I mean, who can resist this body and face?

"Sorry, I can't. I'm, uhh, married." "Quit the act, I'll be back for you later." Samantha said before walking towards camp. After retrieving all the wood, Jack thought it would be a good idea to get to know everyone. It was uneventful at first until it was James' turn. "Hi guys, as you know, my name is James and I'm 37. I used to-" "Play basketball at the University of Wisconsin before playing for the Milwaukee Bucks for six years" Jessica H. chimed in, finishing his sentence. "Why do you looked so shocked? I'm from Green Bay." she said with a perky smile. "And oh yeah. You can call me Jessie."

On the other tribe, things weren't going so smoothly. Everyone was already pissed of because they lost the first challenge and subsequently had no way to obtain fire. Multiple attempts to build a shelter had failed and dark clouds bringing rain were on the horizon. As Tim walked over to grab some palm fronds for the tent, he accidentally bumped into Miguel, causing him to drop and step on branches he had carried over. "What the Hell kid? Watch where you're going!" After no response by Tim, the shouting continued. "Do you want to sleep in the rain? Then go! Go sleep in the sand by the water. But don't be a loser and make it so the rest of us have to suffer!"

In case you couldn't read the conversation before this, Tim will be replaced with Carson.

"You know what Miguel? *(censored)* you! There's no need to be a God damn asshole because you dropped the branches. Maybe if you have given a shit about what you were carrying, you wouldn't be acting like a little bitch!" By then everyone else from the tribe had looked over, watching intently. Miguel just stood there for a few seconds, stunned, and he only had one thing to say. "Tell me how it feels to be the first player gone."

The next day, the players were called over for their first immunity challenge. "Welcome" Cooper announced. "Today you'll have your first immunity challenge. The object is to hit the targets with these small balls" About ten feet away, there were two glass squares right next to each other, about 6 inches by 6 inches. One was orange, indicating it belonged to Sokano, and the other was purple and belonged to Bitara. "There are five targets, each about five feet farther away than the next." Cooper explained. "If you hit your target, you receive a point and move on to the next one. If you hit your opponents target, they receive a point. Once you hit a square, you are done and must go sit down. One person may not take shot after shot. You must completely rotate through your whole team each time. Are you guys ready?" After a yes from the crowd, the challenge began.

Sokano got out to a quick lead as Bryan and Jessie each knocked down a plate, but Bitara tied it up after Carly and Jake got hits of their own. After a few misses from each team, Sam made contact to give his team the lead. Thirty seconds later Carson knocked one down to tie it up, but Jack took it back to put his team within one point of victory. While Sokano was shuffling through the order, Bitara got their fourth point to basically put it into sudden death. After James finally came up to shoot, he tossed the ball up in the air. After a few moments of suspense, he knocked down the plate. The purple one. As Bitara celebrated their surprising win, Cooper revealed the power that Jack had won from the first challenge.

"Despite losing the challenge, Jack can make a huge difference in this game. We are bringing back Exile Island. For those that don't remember, it's where you are sent off for a day to a small little hut with little food or water. If you choose someone from your own team, including yourself, that person will be sent off and cannot participate in the vote. But at the same time, they cannot be voted off and is safe for a couple more days. If you choose someone from the other tribe, they get a choice of Comfort or Clue. Who will you choose?"
