Blue Pianta - 0-2 7. Blue Noki - 0-1 8. Shy Guy - 0-1, K 9. Monty Mole - 1-1, CS Bowser Jr. Fangs 1. Paragoomba - 0-2, 2 K 2. Gooba - 1-2 3. Wario - 0-2 4. Waluigi - 0-1 5. King Boo - 1-1, HR, RBI, R 6. Boo - 1-1 7. Bowser Jr. - 0-1 8. Magikoopa - 0-1, K 9. Dry Bones - 0-1, K Recap: 1st - The opening game of this tournament kicked off with a strikeout; Paragoomba was sent back to the dugout with nothing to show after three quick swings and misses. Goomba then flew out to left, and Wario finished out the top of the inning with a liner caught by Koopa Troopa at first. Three out of the first four Fireballs batters singled, loading the bases, but they were unable to cash in. 2nd - In the top of the second, King Boo hit a fly ball just over the left-center field wall, giving the Fangs the lead. Mario eventually got out of the inning without another run scoring. In the bottom half, Monty Mole slapped a two-out single but was caught stealing second to send us to the third inning, 3rd - The top of the third didn't yield much for the Fangs, who came away with nothing more than a ground ball single that just managed to sneak through the infield. The bottom of the third, with the Fireballs needing a run, started with a groundout. Toad and Mario then hit back to back singled to put both the tying and winning runs on with only one out. Unfortunately, it would go no further than that, as the next two batters lined out and grounded out. |

Are you actually playing as any teams? |

I'm playing as the Fireballs, and I'll be playing the other games as Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi respectively, but the Fireballs' updates will be the most in-depth. So basically, the log follows the Fireballs, but I'm playing every game. |

The GameCube one I've put at least 50 hours into, never completed all of it, and revisit it frequently. |

Plus, the fact you can't choose a home team in the Wii annoys me to no end. |

I mean, I did have one with it when I was playing it, the storyline was okay, but there just weren't any qualities about it that made me want to go back when I finished it. The gameplay in the GameCube game seems much better all around anyway. |
