All right, I'll get started then. Are we going to have people pick players and earn points based on that player's performance? Lineup: 1. Pete Wheeler - CF/RP 2. Stephanie Morgan - SS 3. Pablo Sanchez - RF 4. Kiesha Phillips - LF 5. Achmed Khan - 1B 6. Tony Delvecchio - 3B 7. Amir Khan - C/RP 8. Angela Delvecchio - SP/2B 9. Kenny Kawaguchi - SP/2B Basically, Angela and Kenny will alternate starts and Pete, Pablo, and Amir will get a fairly equal number of relief innings. |

Okay, with 3 people in, I'll get started. More people can join if they want though. Is there any way to change the topic title or do I have to make a new one if I want it to say something different? |

I'll take Kiesha. You can change the thread title by editing the first post. |

Wheeler Hits for Cycle, Melonheads Take Season Opener It was a great day for Pete Wheeler and the rest of the Melonheads crew, as they defeated the Mighty Hornets, 9-1. Angela Delvecchio pitched a very solid 8 innings, allowing just 1 run on 6 hits, with Amir Khan wrapping up the game in an easy 9th inning. Achmed Khan and Tony Delvecchio each homered, but the real story was Pete Wheeler, who went 4-5 with 4 runs scored, hitting for the cycle. Socks Attempt Comeback, Melonheads Prevail Melonheads - 9, Socks - 5. The 7 runs the Melonheads provided in the first 4 innings proved to be enough as Kenny Kawaguchi, despite allowing 5 runs in 7 innings (3 in the 7th), picked up the win. Achmed Khan and Pablo Sanchez hit home runs, as Pete Wheeler went 3-5 with a stolen base, his second of the season. Sanchez and Wheeler each pitched a shutout inning, protecting the 4 run leading and improving the Melonheads' record to 2-0.
