I never really understood the point any of those "Sophomore, Junior" titles. Can't you just say what grade you're in? Or what year?

Freshman = 9th grade
Sophomore = 10th grade
Junior = 11th grade
Senior = 12th grade


I don't know why we use them either. I guess I've just come to accept calling it that. To me, it sounds weird to say "Eleventh grade". I just say junior.

You'd think Junior would be a bit earlier than that. A difference of one year between a Junior and a Senior. Doesn't really make a lot of sense to me.

I'm probably September 7th too but too lazy to check... I'll be a sophomore as well.

I'll also have half the golf season over with before school starts, I think the season ends October 1st...

Well, classes start around the 7th or 8th of september I believe, but I move in september 2nd. I'll be a freshman in college.

Only thing that sucks is I'm not bringing any video game systems, so no power pros while I'm away at college.
