I thought that since the other one was like 92 pages that we should just make a new one

Ahh its great to have the season finally starting. The Red Sox won last night after a nice comeback to start off the season and now there are a few games under way

Let baseball begin :D

Isn't this the third thread we have had for this topic?

Anyway, the Mets are doing awesome today against the Marlins. And the Marlins are doing terrible. Both are nice. :D

well the reasoning for the 92 page on was told and I didn't see the other one, which was on the other page and was last posted February 20th so I didn't see it

But how about Heyward? first ever at bat and he hits a 3-run home run, he's going to be amazing

Yeah he is pretty impressive. Pujols had an amazing day today, he went 4 for 5 and hit 2 home runs.

5 out of my 6 fantasy baseball teams are extremely happy today, and the other one isn't so sad either.

Wow for whatever reason I feel like its a sign for teams when they lose opening day, its tough to forget there's still 161 more games for each team :P

I'm starting to look at the Indians lineup as well and they look like the worst team in the majors. I mean their lineup is bad besides Sizemore, Cabrera and maybe Hafner, a lot of untested guys and a rotation full of questions

What happened to the Cubs?

Marlon Byrd started with a 3-run homerun, then Heyward overshadowed it with his moment and Zambrano had a 6-run 1st, then the umpires gave nate McClouth an out even though he clearly dropped it when they showed the play ON THE BIG SCREEN. Then that threw off the all of the Cubs and gave the Braves WAY too much momentum and now they're killing us 14-5

Go Phillies! 11-1 rout! Halladay and Polanco are both off to strong starts this season. Kudos to Barack Obama, who threw out the first pitch wearing a Nationals jacket and a White Sox cap!

We were down big. That wouldn't have made a differenece. Is it too late to become a cardinals fan?.....

No, we were down by 1. We would have had a runner on 2nd with 1 out instead of nobody on and 2 outs. It gave the Braves tons of momentum and killed our spirits. It totally would've made a difference. TRAITOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate the second day of the season off days, I just got back into baseball mode finally and there is nothing to watch now.

Ricky Romero came so close to a no hitter last night. First Sabathia, then him, I wonder when we will have a no hitter this year? How many no hitters do you guys think there will be this year?
