what are your picks for the gold medal. I would pick Canada for obvious reasons.

Canada vs. Russia
Canada vs. USA
USA Vs. Russia <-- Won't happen, but its possible

And so do EVERY OTHER TEAM, to an extent.
I know Sid is good, but have faith in Ovechkin, man ;)

For the record, I don't watch hockey, though I like the Red Wings.

Okay, I actually watched some yesterday.
I saw Switzerland beat Norway in OT, that was a great game, and I saw the 2nd period of the Belarus-Germany game.
That 2nd goal Belarus scored was awesome.

By the way, I watched some curling (CAN-GBR) and enjoyed it, I'm starting to understand it now pretty well.

I also figured out curling and it doesn't seem as stupid as most people make it out to be, however I still don't think it should be in the Olympics, it really isn't a sport, more like Ice Billiards.
