The Teams:
Brookings Bobcats, Brookings, Oregon. Major League: Champions
Stadium: Seaview Stadium

Oceanside Grizzlies, Oceanside, California. AAA League: Metropolition
Stadium: Grizzly Park

Central Texas Stars, Dallas, Texas. Park Playoff Appearances: 0

As Dap61 finished introducing the signings, he got asked a question. "Do you think your teams are championship caliber?" a reporter from the Brookings Headliner. Dap had no answer.
He walked out and sat on the curb of the Bobcats Team Facility, the fierce Bobcat logo literally gnawing at his ear. Dap thought, "Championship Caliber?". He looked into the franchise trophy case filed with nothing but dust. "Championship?"

Bobcats Impressive in Winter Ball
With an overall 4-3 record in Winter Ball, the Bobcats have made some impressive wins. They have beat 2 teams in higher prestige leagues.

Grizzlies, Metro League Struggle in Winter Ball
The Griz, with lots of holes in their lineup, lost their winter ball opener, and the Metro League overall is 0-2.

Move to Texas "A Tough One" for cursed Stars
20th season approaching, no Playoff appearances for the Central Texas Stars, Who have been everywhere from Illinois to Canada to Hillshire Farm. Outfielder and fan-favorite Christopher Smith calls this move the toughest.

Grizzlies still need two positions, Season Starts Soon
The 3rd out of 4 signing periods ended with the Griz getting better, but with more holes to fill.

Updates will be posted all day long

Ferndale- Should be around 3,000 fans there today for the opener. Bobcats manager Louis Pinkerton said the starting pitcher will be a gametime decision.

Oceanside-The Griz announced that 34 year old Charles Barrett will be the starter. The opener is sold out at Grizzly Park.

Dallas-No schedule announced for the Stars, Fans lining up at the public fields for more information.

The TRTN (Three Rivers Television Network) affiliated with the SYN is going to broadcast both the Sincostan's first AAA game and the Mendenhals first Majors game at 7:40 and 7:15 pm EST, respectively.

BREAKING NEWS: Johnny McKinney will take the mound for the Mendenhals as their starter. No word yet on who the Va_ Dawgs SP will be.
