I thought I'd post this topic for all of us still in school. With school starting, there comes homework. I though I'd post this here incase anyone has some question on their homework.

Maybe a little help on homework.

OK...what do you need help on?

well, Im about to write an essay about what is my favorite thing a like to do. But, when I think about my favorite thing, i have to choose on playing videogames or speaking new langauges. And besides i look to do both.

from a teachers point of view....rather read about your study of languages then video games (probally will read many of those).

i choose speaking new languages, then i wrote about it.

What's your first language?

Spanish.

OK, I'm in BIG trouble here. I have a book review due tomorrow. My thesis is "remember who your true friends are." I need at least 2 connections. Any ideas?

1) What book are you reviewing?
2) By "connections" do you mean examples that expand upon the title of your thesis?
3) If yes, do those examples have to come from the book or can you use outside sources?

Actually, I thought about it some more, and I'm changing my thesis to "be open to the unexpected"

1) I'm reviewing Gifted
2) Connections are examples from other sources that help prove my thesis
3) Connections can come from anything other than the book. They can be from other books, Tv shows/movies, something on the news (someone's personal experience probably won't work, since I'm not supposed to use first person).

twilight(400 pages got to me ) or harry potter 6(o_0)

I'd choose Harry Potter. No question. All of my teachers agree that Twilight is worthless. It only sells because Edward appeals to teenage girls.
