I don't think Power Pros is coming out this year. Maybe later they'll take some time to make another.

I think there would have been news by now but hopfully they will release it around spring training next year, then at least they would have perfect rosters for the 2009 season, like in season trades and waiver claims that happened late such as Wagner to the Red Sox and Rios to the White Sox.

I'm staying positive about it. Hoping that Konami cuts there tie's with 2K Sports and publishes the game on there own, & some how obtaining the MLB license on there own also.

Do they need an MLB license? I heard there was some big game without the license that was really good. Was it Out of the Park Baseball, or The Show or something?

Yeah if it wasn't from 2K, then that's a plus. Cuz I thought 2K had a lock on the MLB license.

as far as I know, both Out of the Park and Baseball Mogul do not have the MLB license. If a baseball video game does not have the license, it cannot use any official MLB logos, player pictures, and stuff like that. The game can use player and team names though.
