If you want to send a message to one user, you might as well use the PM feature.

Making a topic only let's people know how much you want to argue with somebody, and calling someone a fool is the quickest way to start and lose a war.

Yes, it is your fault. Putting up a poll would be much more obnoxious then any roid joke. It would really be a gerky thing to do. If you have a problem, put it in a pm. No need to embaress him in front of everyone, which you were obviously trying to o if you meant to put a poll in there. Just send a pm and deal with the problem 1-1 versus making a whole big deal out of it.

Well I agree that he needs to stop but also just start a war with a PM, not a topic. Heck, I'm in a war with apple to see who get's the right to be called the king of useless information. And when Rob was bumping topics like there was no tomarrow, I PMed him to stop.

The way I see it, it was an attempt at a group attack on Robdiesel or however you spell his name by getting every to vote against him and gang up on him. Perhaps I misunderstood, but that was why I had the snappy reaction. If I misunderstood, I apologize, but I still think that's what happened.

Nobody is trying to insult you, I don't know why you keep trying to insult everybody else. That's what we consider childish behaviour in most of my social circles.

And I don't even understand why you are mad at his joke. It's a joke. Get over it. He wasn't taking a crack at people who are actually suffering like alcoholics and recovering drug addicts like Wanda Sykes did at the Correspondent's Dinner. As for my opinion on roid jokes, they're funny -- to a point. I don't see what's funny about making jokes about Chris Benoit killing his family because of roids, but otherwise, if you keep it clean, like Rob did, they're fine.
