For my college baseball team ![]() Once I transfer I'm going to tryout and I hope I make it. The only problem is that I am 26 and I'll be competing against 18-19 year olds who have had their entire high school filled with baseball. Time to get into shape! |

Man, I feel bad for being 30 and too broken to play slow pitch softball. I am not even healthy enough for the beer leagues. So for the rest of us, go and make the team. |

It's too late for me this year to join since the season has already started, so that leaves me with a full year basically to get into shape and do some drills. Although I'll only be able to do it for one year (since I only have two years left till my bachelor's) I'll give it my all ![]() |

I know they do it for football... if you start, the NCAA may grant you an add'l year of eligibility if you decide to stick around for grad school (go get a masters in underwater basketweaving if you must) if you start late and used less than 4 years. |

Be sure to ingest plenty of Powerin, and buy the Recovery neck as well. Don't rest until you are in the hyper recovery bonus, and reload as often as needed to avoid injury. Or, in other words, good luck sir. Glad to hear that this may work out for you. |

I was always the cleanup batter, so who knows what I'll be this time. Last time I swung the bat was about 3 years ago, my two friends were hitting balls at a school's baseball field and I stopped by. Very first pitch to me I sent it well over the treeline behind the outfield, and broke the core in the bat (aluminum bat). Suffice it to say I was impressed. |

I stand around 6'0" @ 190 lbs., right around an ideal size, so I am currently focusing on arms / shoulders / chest area to increase batting power, and I'll do core / legs off and on to keep myself in proportion. |

Fore arm training is good for hitting and bat speed. So is upper thigh work, especially if you want to pitch. That is were most of your throwing power is going to come from. |
