Post subject:  The 2009 MLB Season

Well, in less than a day, ST is about to begin, which starts our discussion on the '09 MLB Season. Who'll win the World Series, AL MVP, or Cy Young, etc.? Go Tigs and Rays this year, and I hope they have spectacular seasons (along with the other teams, too.)

"Lights-out" can break the consecutive record this year, can't he? WOHOO! Howard better win the darn MVP if he has another year like last. He deserved it way more than Pujols. Also, i hope ruiz starts to emerge as an even better catcher, i want to wear my new jersey with pride! (if it ever comes!

Predictions- and stat predictions(I edited the AL MVP)

AL Mvp- Josh Hamilton ( 38 Homers 128 Rbis .306 AVG ) ( It'll depend on Texas though )
AL ROTY- David Price ( 13-5, 197 IP, 3.77 ERA, 201 Ks )
AL Cy Young- Halladay ( 19-5, 6 CG, 224 IP, 2.88 ERA )
AL ComeBack player of the year- Eric Chavez ( 25 Homers 78 Rbis .267 AVG )

NL Mvp- Pujols ( 42 Homers 124 Rbis .345 AVG )
NL ROTY- Cameron Maybin(I dont know) ( 14 Homers, 67 Rbis, .302 AVG )
NL Cy Young- Johan Santana ( 20-6, 219 IP, 2.76 ERA, 204 Ks )
NL Comeback player of the year- Khahil Greene ( 24 Homers 88 Rbis .255 AVG )

Some of these were terrible guesses but I dont know who to pick for NL ROTY cause I don't know many rookies

He hit 36 homers despite being injured and hes a hitters ballpark, he could hit 40 homers but wait I'm gonna edit my post to someone else for MVP, and me too, Chavys a great player who I want to see play( and the A's lineup would sure be good if he put up the numbers I predicted for him )

Hamilton would've won the MVP if it wasn't for his team finishing below .500
