According to sources like Mlb network and Mlb.com. A-rod has been tested positivly for taking steroids in '03

Wow. This is huge! I mean, I'm speechless about this. I so can't believe it! Although, I'm not much of an A-Rod or Yankee fan anyway...

This news was a good way to start of my day. This is gonna be everywhere for the next few weeks. He was probably gonna shatter the all-time record of homeruns but now hes in the same case as bonds. If pujols takes steroids(or gets caught)then there are not many more great players like that that haven't taken steroids

Wow. Some people are just idiots. did you here about Michael Phelps testing positive for taking drugs? You'd think these people would have an ounce of sense. (i hate the yankees, but still)

Who cares? That was when you won't get suspeneded and nothing can happen now. Anyway, if he admits it in spring training, everything goes back to normal, like Pettitte.

What about Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens? They didn't feel any heat at all.

I meant when he admits, Bonds and Clemens haven't admitted it yet. But if A-rod admits too it, then people will still use that against him. And if he doesn't admit it, then hes gonna be in same category as bonds or clemens

Does it matter if it is A-Rod? A-Rod is just another player who is paid more and appears in the taboilds alot. Same thing with Pettitte, he admitted it, but people did not do anything to him.

A-rod isn't just another player......He's the guy who gets all this publicity for the stuff he's done, I mean if he gets all of this publicity and has all of these people taunting him over Madonna, you could only imagine what everyones going to be like once spring training starts. Its all over the news, this problem isnt going to end anytime soon

Ironic how the Bosox fan seems to think very highly of A-rod wheareas the yankee fan just seems him as another player.

You have a point there catcher. But to me, A-Rod isn't just another player because he's just liek a trouble magent, he always finds his way to get something about him written badly like the torre book,madonna, or even his games where he's been booed for not getting that big hit. I just think that this is something that A-Rod didn't need going into the 2009 season

I wonder if this will have an impact on whether he'll be in the next Power Pros game! I don't think the people over there will encourage these things to young players.

Wow I never thought of that. For all we know Ortiz, Pujols and Howard might not be in the game if they take steroids(I'm not saying they have taken steroids but I would only be suprised if howard too steroids of that group)All the superstars could be gone in power pros

What really bothers me is how the MLB sat on this for 5-6 years without doing anything, and it's only just getting out now.
