aww man i really always liked having bobby on the team he was always a great bat, and had a good arm. He was so consistent he really never got the credit he deserved, i believe the only reason we got rid of him was because of the surplus of outfielders even Bobby wanted to stay.

Yup! Bad thing is tho, we'll probobly have to get rid of Dye if we want bobby starting.

I dont see that happening. Dye is way much a better player than Abreu and is yet younger.

Either the White Sox are going to play Abreu in LF, or they are going to trade Dye.

Abreu has a solid bat, pretty well a guaranteed 100 RBI guy. The problem is (and the reason the Yankees had no interest in re-signing him) is that he is an absolute pilon in the field, one of the worst in all of MLB.

But we can't play him in left, we've got Quentin there. So its either, quentin goes to DH, Thome on bench, or we trade Dye, so, what'd you rather have?
