Anyone else GREATLY missing some major league baseball to watch on TV? Even though I got the new Animal Crossing: City Folk game a few weeks ago, I still play Power Pros daily, and every time I get into success mode, season mode, or MLB Life mode, I'm reminded of this AMAZING past season and how much I desperately need some baseball to watch. I'm not going to make it until February without my head exploding from lack of baseball viewing which is basically my second form of oxygen that I desperately need to live. Ugh... three more months...

I play catch at school every day, but today was the first ridiculously cold and windy day we had here. Good ol' southern California (or at least the area we live in), is windy as heck and makes it worse when it's cold to begin with.

Imagine a country without baseball...
The kids doesn't play as much sports...
And they play only softball, not baseball..

That's mine, and imagine if they only play in front of computer the whole time..

I feel your pain. I've been watching old games on mlb.tv but that's not enough.

There's always Football and Hockey to keep me busy at home too but I don't like them nearly as much as I do baseball.

agreed
Baseball seems, more fun and hard compared to any other sport
With it's different kinds of breaking ball, and the fielding, and the unexpected always can be expected in here, like spider catch
It takes some real skills to perfect each
Lol

Man, I'm in the middle of my fantasy playoffs, so I'm not bored. However, I'm missing baseball a little as well, even though I'm not a big fan of the MLB.

on topic: make a playoff bracket of this year's teams, and let it play out and see what happens, might be cool...
also, i hear cricket's gaining popularity in the U.S.!

I once went abroad and went to an international school... Good times, good times

But that was 4 years ago
i still remember a bit though
They throw the ball like softball
(underarm)
And they have a pole, if the ball hits it it's called a strike or somewhat
They have to run around a pole and then return to the batting base, but if the pitcher hits the strike pole, then he's out
The strike poles are 3 poles in a row, and it's tight so that the ball can't get through, and it makes a 'tok' sound when hit

Baseball have their bats round, but their bat is flat, and they're supposed to swing it like golf, but halfway swing back, about our waist, and swing it forward through halfway like golf too
Apple should know golf
Tell me if I'm not clear
