Post subject:  Grr- workouts

Wow, I just did 60 crunches, or pull ups, 20 push ups, and i jumped over a cone 150 times..... now im soar..... do you guys have any work out routines? I've been doing mine 6 times a week, 1-2 times a day. What do YOU guys do?

I didn't even THINK i could do all those excercises.

Yes, I work out about 3 times a week, when work is not hectic.

I usually do 5 minutes on the bike to warm up, 10 minutes on the eliptical (60 whatevers/minute), 5 minutes on the bike, 10 minutes on the treadmill (5 mph). In between changing stations, I also do a rep of free weight curls (both arms) and a rep on the universal using the bench press. This usually takes me about 45 minutes total. Sometimes, I throw in the punching bag for good measure, just beating on it for another 5 minutes.

Yep 2-3 times a week

50 sit-ups
3 sets of 35 push-ups
2 2 minute 15 second wall chairs
50 squats
150 Jump Rope
30 curls with a 5 pound weight
Squeeze a racquetball 100 times

If you have kids. The best routine at a young age is to get them video games. They'll jump around A LOT :lol:

I don't do any exercise regularly, just when I feel fat. :lol:

but seriously, I go on 3 mile bike rides every Sat. and Sun.
I opted out of PE though, hated the rules and other crap. and health every 3 weeks.

Heh, I've now changed it, 75 of each, but 300 cone-jumps.

Any one wanna guess why im working out so much?

Mhhmmm! Both!

I'm doing soccer, cross-country track and wrestling, wrestling this year, trackand soccer next year, year after cross-country, even though i got invited to do it now, due to my 6 minute mile time, and 9.59 minute 2 mile time.

Also, I wanna build MORE muscle, to attract even more girls. I've currently got... lets see 1, 2, 3,4... uhmm 5 that are hitting on me, and im hitting ON. And they are all H-O-T HOT!

i haven't even gone through puberty yet...
