My "top" PS2 games are pretty much all sports.....(and I play PP on the Wii)
-NCAA Football 06 (I just liked this verison a lot)
-Madden 06 (same)
-NHL 08 (just a really cool game)

okami is really good. i don't even have a PS2, but i know it's fantastic.

If you've ever played a Legend of Zelda game, it's kind of like that. Neat art style. Plus, you play as a DOGGIE. WOOOOHOOOO, right? Or, well, a Goddess who's inhabited the form of a wolf, to be more accurate.

It's a top 15 game for PS2.
Basically, you're a goddess who has taken the form of a wolf, and some random spirit or something helps you. You have to fight this beats called the Orochi Dragon that has come up again (you defeated it 100 years ago, with the help of a powerful warrior) and is causing havoc throughout the world again. As you defeat enemies, the people and colors come back to the landscapes, and as DH said, the art style is incredible.
