Well here's how the playoffs look so far(This is if the angels beat the rangers and Red sox win tommorow,, and if the dodgers win the west)

Red Sox Vs Angels

Tigers or Twins Vs Yankees

The ALDS's are easy to figure out and it will be like this with the team on the right side with home field advantage. HUGE series coming up next between twins and tigers

But the NLDS is alot harder to think of until the season ends

Rockies Vs Phillies(If Rockies win WC AND phillies finish with better record than Cardinals)

Braves Vs Dodgers(If Braves win WC)
Cardinals Vs Phillies(This is of Braves win wild card but homefield depends on better record)

Eg Tge NLDs are very confusing and I'll just stop there. I'm guessing that the phillies win the NL east and the only guys I think that are in wild card contention are really the braves and Rockies

and don't mind grammar/spelling problems if there are any. I'm tired

Juan Miranda! Off of Farnsworth. 15 walk offs, 50 come from behind wins!

Ok now I'm mad. First of all losing to the blue jays is unexusable and now the rangers are gonna lose probably and no real celebration

I want to celebrate after winning the wild card, not in f'ing 1 in the morning and after a game tommorow that means nothing

Tigers and Twins split the doubleheader, and the Tigers are back in a 2 game lead.

the season hangs in the balance now for the Twins, they NEED to win these next 2 games. if they lose the next 2 then the Tigers clinch anyways

But the red sox clinched but I missed it of course but whatever

I think the Yankees actually match up with the Tigers better than the Twins anyway. The Tigers rotation has been very inconsistent after Verlander and the Twins throw a quality arm at you every night. I think Verlander v. Sabathia is Adv. Yankees with Verlander giving up about four runs every start and just striking out a bunch of guys while CC has been terrific his last few starts. Jackson has been not so great after the break and we have no idea what Porcello will do in the playoffs. AJ has really turned it around after that tough stretch he went through and Andy has been fantastic as usual after the break.

The Indians have released Manager Eric Wedge and all his coaches! But they will stay on for the final 6 games of the year.

That first Verlander/Seabass matchup is going to be critical. Man . . . I can barely wait for the postseason to start. The complete lack of penant race or even wild card drama has sort of washed out an otherwise good year in baseball.

right now the NL wild card isn't gonna be much of a race and the AL Central is still good but probably could be over tommorow
but there really has been no last minute races. last year there were like 4 teams looking for a playoff spot on the final day(white sox, twins, brewers, mets and maybe more) and a little more before that. plus there was a one game playoff. I do agree that the races have been dry but its been a good MLB year
