I think all positions can, if given the circumstances. A kicker can recover a fumble or an onside kick and score. Sorry if I'm mistaken.

In baseball, and in general sports, Cleveland Indians, since 1946. Arizona Cardinals are third, with no championship since 1947.

ANYBODY can score a touchdown in football. The punter can recover a fumble by the return team, and the kicker can do something like grab a blocked kick or soemthing. rare, but entirely possible.
