I was told by coach that I'd be a 4th string HB, :( I decided to wear the number 7 since my high school number 2 was taken.

After our week 1 practice, coach told me that I did well and that next week I would be able to challenge the 3rd string HB.

For week 1 we beat Arkansas State 30-24 in triple overtime. I got to return 2 kicks for 38 yards and returned 4 punts for 44 yards.

In our week 2 practice, I won my position battle against a sophomore. I'm now the 3rd strong running back!

In our week 2 game against Fresno State, who is 1-0, we won 25-7. I got 1 kick return for 32 yards. I got 6 punt returns for 45 yards.

In our week 3 game against FCS East we won 56-0. I returned 1 kick for 32 yards, and returned 7 punts for 66 yards.

In practice week 4, I did pretty well, and coach said that next week I could challenge for 2nd string!

In our weekn4 game against the 1-2 Arizona, we won 21-14. I returned 2 kicks for 39 yards and 2 punts for 4 yards.
