You can always just cheat! Change the month! Or, if your poor change the yaer to your birthday over and over, then you get the cakes and sell them!

In the DS version I always remembered trying to find pascal, and as sooon I was done with tom nook I saw him and he floated away right when I talked to him. What do I do to get him to give me something

I've never donated, but how do you catch bugs? I can't do it. I keep looking, i can't find them.

It's winter, and there aren't really any bugs TO catch. You can hit a rock with your shovel and possibly get a pill bug or centipede, or you can shake trees and get a bag worm, or if you can HEAR a bug, dig in the ground all over until a bug comes out and you'd get a mole cricket, and I think those are the only bugs you can catch in winter. In summer, you'll see AND hear bugs all over. On trees, on the ground, in the air, and everywhere.

You buy them from Redd's shop, but most of the time, they're forgery paintings and Blathers won't take them. I only have two paintings in my museum because Redd constantly sells me forgeries.
