To the first question answer: Have you ever been to a baseball game before?
Then if they're a player(which should be obvious because they'll say usually I'm on the field or something) say what position and wanna join the team.

If not then tell them you're the owner of ____ and it doesn't matter from there.

Finally got a player, J. Bruce a 31 year old reliever, who turns out to be better than my best pitcher... go figure.
