Sosa's a Steroid player. He did reach 600 HR's, but he doesn't count.

Samuel Peralta Sosa, the legit most homeruns in a season champion and he hit his 600th homerun on April 26, 2007, which was against the Cubs.

Sosa didn't take steroids. He was accused of it, but never confirmed as a taker.

Umm...well...I'm going to nix this question, because we don't know if Sosa took steroids. The answer I had in mind was Willie Mays.
