But look at their players! There still devoloping and will get better! Same with David Price! The team will probably only improve. Boston is getting older and will probably dip down a bit (Penny is a nice, but pretty small addition). Last year they were better, and this year the players should get better.

Boston has tons of and I mean TONS of big prospects in AA. They signed Junichi Tazawa, and I guess he's going to be great and he'a only 22. The Red Sox are going young, slowly... Or so I've noticed over the years.

The Rays ARE STILL DEVELOPING so that means they won't duplicate their season again. I hope it happens and chances are, they will still compete. At this point everyone thinks the Rays are some amazing awesome team. Ask alot of Rays (and there aren't many) and alot will say they need one more year to prove to us. The Rays made the World Series last year. Yet they still have one of the WORST attendance record.
