Jeffrey leapt up from the bed, threw on some random clothes, and ran to the bus stop, calling behind him, “You’ll be late!” Cody got up, too, but he was sore, and couldn’t move quickly enough. When he got to the bus stop, he saw that Jeffrey had put on his clothes, and they started wrestling again. The bus pulled up, and the kids on the bus saw Jeffrey, in Cody’s tank top and shorts, tussling with Cody, wearing only his boxer shorts. All the kids got up and went to the right side of the bus to watch from the windows. The bus driver got up, got off the bus, and walked over to the two boys. “Hello,” she said in an ominous voice.
