You can't because it's playoff season but when it's not, just go to Public Fields at the top and enter a dugout and then wait for someone to join.

I was being as anoyying as I possibly could, since I was bored and the other guys got VERY... angry to say it nicely. One of them must have had a good amount of power, and now I'm banned!
