Do you need a stadium permit to have good players? All of mine suck and I hate them and want to throw them off a cliff.

Okay, maybe not a cliff, but at least a small ledge.

Although that is the idea. If you can charge money for something, it's not a good business strategy to give the free players any chance to compete with the paying players.
