well, i'm basically out of playoffs now.

Well, I'll put up a few nominations of my own:

SP-Richard Morrison (1916-1920)

During Morrison's 5 years with the organization, he accumulated a less-than-worthy 20-36 W-L record. However, he has been extremely consistent for the team. He has upset many playoff teams at the time. He'll probably be a longshot, but he was the team's first great starter. Currently, he rots in Magoo/cbass's reserve. However, Morrison will be planning a comeback in 1922 at the age of 44. His stats are as follows:

197-241 W-L record
5.26 ERA
3,264.2 IP
3000 K
1353 BB

OF-Russell Smith (1916-1920)

Smith was claimed off of interact in 1916, and when he joined the organization, he made a huge impact, hitting .387 with 24 HR and 116 RBI, with 2 more walks than strikeouts. His stats declined with his age, but when he retired, his overall stats were as follows:

.304 BA
191 HR
1261 RBI
63/103 SB

RF-Eric Dukes (1916-1918)

Dukes, at age 42, was able to compile a season similar to the ones he had in his prime with Nightwolf's Major team, the Chicago Nightwolves. He was part of the MLBPPWorld Holy Trinity of Rightfielders in 1916 along with the previously mentioned Barkman and Reyna. Dukes went .352 with 29 HR and 148 RBI in 1916. Like Smith, his stats declined with age, and when he retired, his stats were like this:

.341 BA
287 HR
1735 RBI
61/87 SB

Well for me I'm just 0.19 behind a playoff spot with less than 4 hours to go. Wish me luck

MLBPPWORLD'S FIRST PLAYOFF WIN!!!

Well I got against fitz next not knowing that I have to play a game in 1.6 hours...

So no closer and maybe no rested starter unless my second best starter can get rested in time for short rest, this would be the an amazing upset if I can do this in 1.6 hours(why couldn't it be sooner )

Well I lost to fitz 1-0 in 11 innings off a walk-off double

dang it if i couldnt use my computer anymore and so i had to control this though my iPhone and so i could have handled that 11th inning differently

Sadly its over and I almost dont feel like doing this all over again NexT year

Why not? If I were you, I would build on this year's success and keep moving forward. Just because you lost in the playoffs doesn't mean you should quit. You should be glad you even made it into the playoffs. If you want to quit, go ahead, but quitting isn't really the best option IMO.


P.S. And don't worry, I won't steal any more of your guys.

Now, who will make the playoffs next year? I WILL! No, I won't. If anyone here can make it, it'll be sjax, jacobye, and MaL. My goal is just to get out of the last column.

Well I outscored my opponents 4-3 in these 2 games so my pitcher REALLY stepped it up

But if I won it would have been the talk of simyard. I messed up my rotation thinking round 2 was today instead of at 11:00 PM so I used all my pitchers and Geiger had to go on short rest and I had no closer. If I beat Fitz it would have been one of the greatest playoff upsets ever in simyard and fitz would've been shocked. I just wish i could have seen this game in person, I would have taken out Hahn if I did but I was on my iphone and it was realyl slow to load so i saw a 1 in the 11 column and I knew it was over but the fact that i made it this far was amazing


That's how I fell last night after I lost, it took me so much to get here and starting again is tough

And to gocubs and ppjr: If it wasn't for you guys, I wouldn't have interacted like crazy to help my team and so for this I thank you (but don't do it again )


And I plan to renew my permit thus taking some pitchers from my other teams to my park team, only pitchers and maybe a right fielder though but it was a magical season

And this shows that anyone can make park playoffs at some point. I interacted during spring training and raised a few of these players for a couple of season and it all payed off this season
