how about being a coach like power pro 15 has sure we kind of have that now with season mode but look at 15 version, you train the players treat them to stuff, create friendships with the players and base on how they play (in simulation) will tell you if your fired our here for another year you cant say its like nfl head coach since its not that lame

For PowerPros they have a year to think of new ones or they could if they wanted to, use some of the ideas that haven't been released here yet and they won't be as long as the people making the game don't randomly lose their minds.

The difference between PowerPros and MLB 2K is PowerPros would care if it sucked.

If I am not mistaken it's Konami that comes up with the storylines, right? 2K just translates everything and puts it on the market. Konami wouldn't disgrace itself like 2K did, not after 14 years of Power Pro glory.

MLB 2K isn't that bad, it just sucks for the Wii. The gameplay itself is outstanding, but the features surrounding it stink.

Same goes for the previous year's edition. I got it because the Wii has wifi, and I thought maybe 2k Sports knew about Nintendo's online capacity, but according to the Admins over at their forums, they don't. *shrugs*

That being said, I don't expect much from any american company and their efforts on Wii, unless I see one good effort from a company that can and will push the Wii's limits, and is stationed right here in the states.

That's me being real.

But I do love imports, because the Japanese can program for any system and make excellent games. If you don't believe me, look at the games for the Sega Saturn that were developed in Japan and either translated and published out here, or simply imported in high volumes.

I would hope that 2k Sports understands the gem they have by being able to publish a game like Power Pros and that they CONTINUE to bring it out here, and maybe start to bring over Pro Yakyuu Spirits.

To keep success mode fresh They can just make a success mode contest all over the world. Take and use the best five and keep the contest every five years. I hate the coach mode, I can have the best players and still lose because of the computer. I play lets make a professional ball team DS and Gonna get 2. Thats enough of that coaching Baseball crap for me.

i keep seeing on the boards that it will be october but cant say for sure well at least someone might be getting dates
