Well, it was hardly glamorous. It was more like a scuffle than a fight. The school defined it as a fight, but no witnesses did. Somebody reported it anonymously online, so we got caught. The guy was pushing my buttons, I was pushing his, and it blew up one afternoon.

Due to the fact that I'm going back to school shopping today and will actually start 9th grade on Monday, I though I'd bring this thread back for it's third installment.

YAY! This thread is so much fun! I went shopping on Sunday, but still need a few things that my mom will have to pick up because I forgot to buy them...

I'm going shopping for school supplies today.

Last year, all 8 of the boys in my class sat at the same table for lunch. We have some pretty big hooligans in my class, so we were almost always laughing. Our supervisor didn't like that, so she gave us a seating chart for lunch for the second semester. She still put me and two of my friends at the same table, and we got the funniest kid. So lunch was still fun. But then all the tables were too loud, because we spread our cheer at the different tables, so we ended up getting the whole middle school assigned seats for lunch.

My class when we were freshmen was apparently so horrible that they had to institute a new system for freshmen. For the 1st quarter of school, all freshmen and seniors had to spend half their lunch period in the library so the seniors could teach them the ways of the school... or something. They started doing it the next year, when we became sophomores, so now both the freshmen and the seniors hate us for making them waste half their lunch.

Alright, I started school last week, so far it's been a breeze. Cruising through Personal Finance and Science.

High School is, like, a bazillon times better than middle school.

Freshman year is pretty easy.

Also, how is Algebra II (Honors)?

I loathed Algebra 2

And it's better because of the increased amount of freedom, being treated like an adult, rather than a child, among other things.

Plus, it isn't full of awkward, mid-puberty kids.
