Lotrimin or Coca-Cola.

I love Coca-Cola. It's the official unofficial soda of the Giants. I want to call it MLBPPWorld Stadium but I know the characters won't call it that. To weird. I think I'll have it be Coca-Cola.

To please the Lotrimin voters I'll have one of the players sponsor it or have it be the "Official Foot Care Cream of the Devil Rays"

Alexander: Hello?

Mayor: Hello Mr. Carson, it's the mayor. I called a meeting with some of my associates and they said it would be a great idea to build a new stadium. It could attract some attention and we'd finally be rid of that dumb Tropicana Field... Did I say dump? I mean't wasteland, erh, uhh, field.

Alexander: Well that's some great news. Did you have them choose a location?

Mayor: They're going to be building in the outer edges of Tampa Bay. There's also more big news.

Alexander: What's that?

Mayor: I got Coca-Cola to sponsor you guys! Not only does this mean you'll get to sell Coca-Cola, but they're going to be supplying a LOT of it. We can lower the prices of soda and allow more sales. It's a win/win!

Alexander: Well that's terrific. Hey mayor, I'll call you back. I'll make sure to get you some tickets for Opening Day! *click*

2 Weeks Later...
December 31st, 2004

Alexander: Hop in guys.

Martinez, Jerry, and Jason hopped in Alexander's car, on the way to his house for a New Year's celebration. Martinez, Jerry, and Jason had just flown in from Japan. These three decided to stay in Japan instead of going back to America with Alexander.
Alexander: So how's Japan been treatin' ya since I left?

Martinez: The place was the same as when you left. Nothing major in the news. When you left, I decided to get a job as a coach for a travel ball team with 13 year old kids. They're a pretty talented group of guys. We've won a couple tourney's. None as big as that championship back in '99 though!

Alexander: That year was the bomb. We all batted over .340, had over 20 homers, and over 90 RBI's. We couldn't be stopped. We won every playoff game with ease and nobody was surprised when we held up that championship trophy at the end of October. I'm not expecting the Devil Rays to be doing that anytime soon.

Jerry: So what have you done with the Devil Rays so far?

Alexander: I got them out of the Trop' and that's pretty much it. We got sponsored by Coca-Cola so we have all the sugar we can drink.

Jason: Any players yet?

Alexander: Well I was going to wait 'till you guys got here. I wanted to make some decisions we could all agree on. Even if I did this alone, there's not many players that could help out this team. There are only three bright spots. Rocco, C.C., and Kasmier. Everyone else just plays for a paycheck. No passion.

Martinez: Well there might be one guy. There's this kid in Japan. Dude's a monster and is only 22. His name is Hiedo Takahashi.

Alexander: I doubt he's that good.

Jerry: Martinez is telling the truth. He's a five tool player. Last year he batted .361, with 42 homers, and 110 RBI's. He also had 51 stolen bases. He also won Japan's version of a Gold Glove. I'm telling ya we should look into him.

Alexander: Sounds interesting. But what makes you think he'll want to play for the United States, let alone the Devil Rays.

Jerry: Funny thing is that he was born in Tampa Bay. His father was on a business/vacation trip with his wife and he popped out a week earlier than expected. This was at the start of a month long business/vacation trip. I talked to him about Tampa. He said he comes here every now and then to see the Devil Rays play when he can. This place has a special place in his heart.

Alexander: Sounds like we gotta steal gentlemen. Anybody got his number?

Jason: I do. You can call him in the morning. Because of the time difference, it'll probably be mid-afternoon to night over there.

Alexander: If this works out, we might be pulling in a little more than a couple cokes.

The next morning...

After a night of celebrating the New Year it was time to make the call to see if they could find the final piece of the Devil Rays outfield.

Heido: Hello?

Alexander: Good you can speak English! Hello my name is Alexander Carson. I am the General Manager of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.

Heido: Hello Mr. Carson. What can I do for you?

Alexander: My associatates have told me about your talents. I've seen some of your games on TV. Kid, you're going places and I want you to go to some of those places on the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.

Heido: Mr. Carson, that sounds wonderful! I would be honored to be a member of the Devil Rays!

Alexander: That's terrific kiddo. I'll book you a ticket to fly out here in, let's say, three weeks. We'll negotiate a contract. If all goes well, you'll be a member of our organization.

Heido: Thank you so much Mr. Carson! I won't let you down!

Alexander: I'll be seeing you around. Bye.

Three weeks later Alexander and Heido negotiated a contract to bring him to the Tampa Bay Devil Rays as a rookie Right Fielder. His signing brought global attention. People started calling him the next Ichiro, except he Ichiro was still here. He was signed for a hefty price, but is sure to be a Tampa Bay Devil Ray for a long, long time.

ATTENTION! AGENTS CAN NOW BE SELECTED! LIMIT 2 PER PERSON!

Oh and Barry Bonds is going to be put into the game instead of the stupid recreation John Dowd.
