Coaches Awards!

GM LM117

The coaches handed out there awards today. These awards are not based on stats but on impact to the team. There are four awards.

Most "Loose"
Hardest Worker
Fan Favorite
Best All Around

The Most Loose award was and unamious vote by the coaches, voting Johnathan Herrera, for his "Musical Talent", the award. As soon as the award was announced, Herrera imediently started singing "Pants on the Ground" by Larry Platt.

The Hardest Worker goes to SS Jimmy Coombs. All the coaches agreed while he didn't produce well, he was always wanting to improve. Coombs thanked his coaches and his teammates and then sat down.

Fan favorite was tie between our two other winners, Coombs and Herrera. Both were very nice to our 59 fans and always stayed behind to sign an autograph or two.

Finally, the Best All Around award went to Herrera and he was very happy and dedicated all that he had done to this organization.

If any of you steal any player over 20 from me (espically Herrera and Clemente) I slap you and PM war you like no tomarrow. You probobly won't like the players, but don't steal for just me being on PPworld.

1921 SEASON IN REVIEW

This was technicly a banner year for the Sharks, setting records for wins and games played in the franchise's history. However, we did not meet any of our goals. Therefore we will have the same goals as last year with a new goal of achiving at least one of them. It was a roller coaster season,. starting with a convincing win of the Louisana Eagles, a win the next day against a noob team called the "Blue Seas". So Blue you couldn't read there logo. An upset of Sjax's team and a final victory against Dpd to close out the year. The Sharks were 4-24 and are looking for a opener against a team from PPworld to kick off 1922. The coaches for the most part were good, were going to have to work on some stuff though.

Spring Training Next

Wow, this is a new section based off the show Sportsnation on ESPN.

3 Cheers:
1. We have an amazing new team memeber! 52/45/10 Jaime Blondi LF, my first truely good pickup from interact. He's 41 but I love the stats!
2. I have a bullpen that's big enough to go deep in games more often and to play more games.
3. We can't get any worse can we?

3 Tears:
1. Tom England, SP, left us to join a AA team. Good luck Tom! Best wishes
2. Sharks 0-7 as we speak. Not very good.
3. GM, for not knowing how to make a LR a member of the Rotation

You just go to the dropdown menu next to the players name on the Pitching page, click on the XX, and then when the page loads again, go to the dropdown menu next to the player (now in the bullpen) and click on SP1-5.

Just wanted to say that this log is dead. I'm very happy that I started the short lived fad of Simyard logs here. I hope you enjoyed this log and hope that you check out my season mode one with the Oakland A's.

Also, I'm pretty much retired from Simyard now.
