One of the most underrated trades so far this year.

Long time no see. I don't want Doc to be traded, but I see no other choice. The Blue Jays aren't gonna contend this year, and unless the rookies and the veterans go perfect, neither next year. So, if I were the GM, I would trade my best player for 2 MLB-ready players, and maybe 3 or 4 prospects. That's one choice. The other is to give a package of Rios/Wells and Halladay, to get rid of those two awful contracts. The thing is, I don't think Wells is as bad as he seems, he just isn't earning his huge paycheck. Same with Rios. It's an open sea of possibilities, and I can even see Halladay ending the year as a Blue Jay and being traded next winter. But this is baseball, and anything can happen.

One thing's for sure, if Halladay gets traded, the Jays will be getting A LOT for him.
