Soon to be 25. 3 years removed from the best time of my life (college). Now living in the real world, full time job. All my friends getting married and having kids. Interesting times.

Sounds fun.

The marriage and kids part is. Full time job...not so much. I'd much rather be playing video games all day.

Don't feel too bad I am turning 33 soon! These are the kinds of games I was always hoping someone would make, and come to find out they have had them forever in Japan. Glad they made the trip across the ocean! Its good to enjoy the little pleasures in life.

agreed. it's such a great thing to have some best games ever created ported and translated here. the only bad thing is that it took power pros about a decade to get to north america with the first few english versions leaving something to be desired.

also, people in their early to mid 30s would be in their prime of their careers if they were major leaguers. that fact and the experience of being a fan and a baseball player for 3 decades is a definite plus in my opinion

chicubs you'll have to tell me how your freshman year goes. i'm in 8th grade, so based on how it goes for u, i'll have a good idea of what to expect.

Also, I'm under 5 feet tall (4 foot 9), so I'm still scared of being stuffed in a locker by seniors or something.

I'm going into eight grade as well, and i really don't think that happens quite as much in real life. People get picked in high school, but there are usually people you can talk to, according to soem of my friends in high school. Same with middle school. I was nervous going there my first day, but nobody reallly bothers you. Course, i am also a bigger dude, 5"6, 135 lbs, soooo....

I was bullied more in elementary school than i was in middle school. The kid was, like, as big as you, catcher51. In fourth grade! It also continued into fifth grade.

of course, then he invited me to his birthday party 2 years in a row.
I declined both times, for obvious reasons, claiming i had other things to do.

Wow, that is a big fourth grader. As i said in my previous post, I'm only going into eigth, but I am 14. Yeah it does happen mostly in elementary. Most people grow up by middle and high school.


Yeah, i have doen a lot of stuff like that to make sure you don't hurt there's or their parent's feelings or so i don't have to be around someone.

unfortunately for me, i haven't grown up other than a couple inches and probably the first step of (dun dun dunnn) puberty.

You might have a growth spurt sometime during high school, because I was only around 5'5, maybe 5'6 my freshman year and when my sophmore year came around I was 5'9 and by the end of it I was 6'1.
