Nice slider especially. Bulking up will definitely be crucial—a good pitching coach will help too. I'm hardly qualified to analyze, but I think driving off the rubber a bit more will help. But definitely some nice breaking action and a good variety of pitches.

agree with everything adam jones said, movement is there on the pitches. The delivery doesn't look explosive right now so I think you have room to add 3-5 mph even without bulking up. Bulk up, age a few more years, and mid-90s could be possible!

Something I have been thinking about your pitching:
Your pitching is somewhat like Jake Arrieta right now. You have some great movement, but it's not stuff. That movement on that fastball is dirty though.
I can see the difference between your fastball and your breaking pitches. Your fastball arm slot is so much higher and your change-up arm slot is almost sidearm. When you start fixing that, you also don't have command over both sides of the plate.(Not many pitchers do anyway.) If you had that you would be at Kershaw level which sounds impossible anyway.

Now watch the video of course he has a sinker which is different, but other than that it is a good resemblence. Now Arrieta still wasn't great back then so maybe you could look at his pitching now, but if you have good movement that can get you pretty far.

I agree with what some of the others said, your delivery really isn't very explosive right now but the movement is definitely there. Keep working hard, though -- there's definitely potential there.

What level are you looking to play at? Do you have any particular schools you're interested in or that have shown interest in you?

I'd love to play for a lower tier/prestigious academic D1 school such as an Ivy League, but every response Ive gotten from an Ivy League coach has been to say that they have finished recruiting for 2017 already.

I got an email a couple days ago from the coach at Occidental college and he said he liked the way I pitched at a showcase he saw me at, but after researching the school, they don't have my major so I responded telling him that.

And also my pitching coach said he talked to the head coach at UOP (University of the Pacific) and told him that he was working on a tall lefty who will be throwing in the mid 80's by the end of the year and told him to take a look at me when I'm done changing up my mechanics in a couple months.

And I've looked into UOP and I like it. It's only about an hour away from where I live, it's D1, has Sports Management, it's a Christian school, and to top it all off, a hot girl from my school went there this year for her freshman year on the volleyball team.
