i doesnt matter to me e-mail them tell them whats going on and see if they will do it maybe even include some of our fix its

LOL. Good one.

As far as another company publishing the game, it would not be possible for release in the US. Legally, it would either have to be 2K because they own the exclusive rights to the MLBPA license. The only way it could be done otherwise, in the case of MLB The Show made by and for Sony, is that it has to be a first party release. We need to get 2K to work on the translating either that or Konami itself will have to publish it. At least that's how I understand it.

They could go through and negotiate with the MLB directly couldn't they and avoid the MLBPA?

Personally I would wait until it's officially unconfirmed. A lot of the e-mails use words like probably.
Also I'm keeping mine in case they release this, MLBPP '10, and so I can play SSBB.

Actually no. They're both separate entities. With just the MLB, you'd have the teams but no players. In order to get the players in the game, you'd need MLBPA's permission.

Then they should release a cheaper version with just success mode. Although then there's nothing to do with your character after you finish. Unless you make a lot of teams of players all through Success mode :lol: .

Ok I guess it wouldn't work. But Success mode is still one of the best features (that and my life).
