This. I doubt an FBI agent would break down your door and arrest you for stealing the music to a 2007/2008 game that has been pretty much forgotten about.

What are you talking about? That '03 team had one of the worst records in modern baseball. Plus, the Nats came in in '05, and they weren't a new team! They were relocated from Montreal! And the team who picked ahead of the Tigers were the Padres with 64 wins.

After further research, I learned that there was actually a rule (that has since been done away with) that alternated which league's worst team got the first pick in the draft, which that year was the NL's turn to pick first, which allowed San Diego to get the first pick.
