That's true. I'm just going to try and keep upgrading his breaking balls and top speed and hope it offsets the high amount of walks or durability problems he gets from the red abilities. Hopefully he turns out good, who knows.

If he ends up sucking I'll probably just trade him away for something. I'm sure a team like the Mariners or Astros would give me something for him, even with the red abilities.

I really love having a PS2. You have the best two Success Mode people to help you out whenever you need it. Come to think of it, there's only like 4 PS2 players

Yep, you PS2 guys are lucky.

Yeah, if you're a Wii player, it's hard to get requests done, despite Wii having the vast majority of users

On the topic of Season Mode, I have my second Success guy, the SS Braun (right now in early June of the 2009 season, he's B/E/B/C/B/B stat-wise plus a bunch of blue abilities) on my expansion team and for some reason he blows at hitting. I'm considering trading him even though he's the second-best all-around batter on the team because so far (222 games), he's hitting just .261 with 170 strikeouts, 13 HR and 115 RBIs, though he does have 54 doubles and 13 triples. Seeing as he has Contact/Power Hitter, Grt. If. Htr, Hot Htr. and more, I don't see how that's possible. I can understand only having 13 HRs because he only has E power but he should be getting on base a lot more than he does. I've benched him for the time being but I might end up trading him and I'm sure he'll have some good value. What do you guys think? He has great defense but it isn't Gold Glover worthy and I'm gonna need some more hitting in the lineup if I want to go anywhere with this team.

After failing to get the stats I wanted for a player in Success Mode, my game self-esteem has dropped. Which mainly sucks because now I don't have the motivation to make another player
