Why's that interesting?

High school is full of people who play Pokemon, myself included. Hell, high school is finally when people come out of the "I hate everything that's kiddy" phase. And it's awesome.

I just thought most high schoolers would consider Pokemon "kiddy."

I haven't played in a few months. I got hooked for about a week, then got sick of it. Maybe if I got a new Pokemon game I would play it and get hooked. I still only have Fire Red. I'm kinda bored of it.

No Idevice for me. I'd rather I get it for XMas anyway. I'm hoping I can talk my mom into it as a payment for some jobs I did this summer... although I don't have as much time to play now with school. Its still SO addicting.

Dude, Pokemon Black 2 just came out, if you want a new one.

It comes out on October 7, actually.

Back in elementary school, there were these NSYNC gummies, and they were absolutely outstanding.

Well, I have a bit of a cold right now, but I'll try to record a Mendenhals game today.

Also, I'm gonna post a poll on the Mendenhals thread about how I update the games. Please vote on it.

OK, so Nike held a little social event for my school's cross country team at a running store. We hung out in the store basement and got free ice cream, colored, and played Dance Central on the Kinect. Then we got all of our coaches to play Dance Central while we all filmed them on our phones. I'm sure at least one person has put their recordings on YouTube by now.

3 & 1/2 hours until the lock-in!!!

I think I got a weird glitch in Season mode. I picked up Rafael Soriano (1010 PP, B ctrl, 95 MPH, Spin 4/Safe Pitch, good breaking balls), Jayson Werth (530 PP, 9/135/11/12/9, VS Lefty 4/Spray Hitter/Cannon Arm, etc.), and Adrian Beltre (4500 PP, 10/162/10/13/13/13, GoldGlvr./Bases Clearer/Cons.4) with the expectation I could possibly sign-and-trade them for somebody. But no one wants them. I don't get it. Even for 100 points or some scrub no one will take them.

Maybe their salaries are too high? I could maybe understand Beltre, but even if his salary is high I'm sure at least one of the expansion teams would take on his salary to have him in their lineup. And then with Soriano and Werth, their salaries aren't even that high, and they're pretty good, but no one wants them..
