I really wonder why the Diamond Dynasty mode in MLB '12 was such a miserable failure compared to all of the Ultimate Team modes in terms of popularity. I mean, pretty much nobody plays it and even though I play offline that has an effect on me as well. Basically because so few play it collections are nearly impossible to complete.

There are about 10 collections I'm easily within striking distance of completing, but each one contains at least one player that is never put up for sale, ever. Examples being players like Alex Rodriguez, Jason Bartlett, Nick Punto, Ivan Rodriguez, Madison Bumgarner, Jeremy Hellickson, and many more...

Wondering how you can see the salary a player gets in FA. Trying to sign Jake Peavy but I can't get him. I go above his offer and he still signs with another team. :?

I have a feeling even if I do match the offer of the other team he'll sign with them anyway. Though it does seem random. I've loaded it a few times now and he's accepted offers from 1 to 3 years.
Don't know why he wouldn't want to sign with me, we won the World Series. :)
