One of my favorite parts of the movies is the 2nd one when Biff tells Marty about the sports almanac and tries to shoot Marty, but Marty says "wait Biff you forgot one thing- "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!?!" and throughs something at him. Ahh classic.

I like everything.

Save for math. I loathe math.

And yet, it is one of the only relevant subjects in later life.

At least from what I've seen in my 10 or so years of schooling.

Exept how much of what you are learning now will help you on the future?

Grammar = Proper Speaking
Math = Finances or if you become an accountant
Science = If you become a scientist
History = If you become a historian

More than likely, becoming a scientist or a historian is highly unlikely.

Although science may not always be relative to your career, it's one of those things that cane be labelled as "general knowledge" and is good to know.

Math is prevalent in almost every job, information about history can be used to relate to current events, and good speaking/writing skills are very useful in many areas of work.

I like certain parts of science, history, and English, but I don't like math.

Every subject is important. It may not seem it at times, usually with math, but it's always good to further your education and to know more things.

Well, first day as a freshman was awful. Hopefully it gets better. I liked that in the past you only had a few classes and you knew everybody. It'll take some time for me to settle in though, I'm sure I'll be alright.

Back to the grind...

Why does everyone hate math?

It's the most repetitive and least open-ended of any subject.

That's why I don't like it, at least.

That's probably why I love it. It's either wrong or it's right, there's no in between

And repetitiveness (that's a word right?) was an issue back when I was in elementary school. I catch onto things very quickly, yet I was stuck at the same pace as everyone else and we would work on the same thing for like four days in a row! But once I reached middle school, I had access to honors/gifted classes. They aren't necessarily much harder, but they move at a much quicker pace than standard classes.

Personally, I love Math. It's one of the easiest for me.
