The passing score depends on your scouts Eval. Ive had a couple player that have maxed Eval in AA and needed 24 to pass.

But his eval wasn't bad. He was at like 38, right on the edge of passing. It might also have something to do with stats. His top speed was 75 with 89 control and 70 stamina

Depends of if you're looking for a rebuilding project or a contender.

For contenders of course you have the Red Sox/Yankees/etc. but for the rebuilds I guess the Royals/Nationals/Pirates/Rays.

I might end up doing that with the Phillies just to make myself happier about them sucking this season. Though they have been better lately. About to sweep the Nationals. :)

I'm assuming this is JPPY Success Mode, Koshien playoffs, first round.

Always, always choose to control the team from the 8th inning on.
